I’m a biostatistician and open source software developer at the University of Miami. Before that, I spent about 20 years as a respiratory therapist and served in the Army. The clinical tools aren’t accidental.
I build software for biostatistics, clinical research, and reproducible data workflows. My stack centers on R, Quarto, and TypeScript, backed by pure declarative NixOS across my personal fleet and Cloudflare at the edge. I’m particularly interested in pragmatic DevOps and agentic pair-programming workflows.
